Cancellation
We value your time and ours. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to another client. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
For the best experience, we recommend booking early to secure a convenient time. Booking ahead also gives you the flexibility to reschedule if needed.
