If you have any skin allergies or serious injuries, we do not recommend receiving a massage and advise consulting a doctor first.

Cancellation

We value both your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed sessions make it difficult to offer that time to another client.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable.

For the best experience, we recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure a time that suits you. Booking early also provides greater flexibility should you need to make changes later.
